Is BMW Credit (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd providing the automatic 6-month payment deferment plan as announced by Bank Negara (BNM)?
The six month payment deferment plan announced by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is only applicable to loans and financing programme offered by financial institutions regulated by BNM.

Who is eligible for the special relief programme?
Customers who have been severely impacted by the current situation and are facing financial distress.
Where can I get more information about the special relief programme and the application process?
How long does the process take until I receive a confirmation of my relief application?
After we have received your application form and all supporting documents, you will be notified of our decision within 5 to 7 working days.
Whom can I follow-up on the progress of my application?
Can I change or opt out from the offered solution once my application has been approved?
No. You are not able to change your preferred solution once the application has been approved and confirmed. However, if you wish to continue making your payments as per your existing agreement, please reach us via email@example.com.
I have Direct Debit Setup for my account. What should I do if my payment relief has been approved?
The deduction according to your existing agreement would immediately cease once your payment relief has been approved. However, if you have a Standing Instruction setup or Recurring Payment service via Internet Banking or JomPAY, please inform your bank to change the recurring option.
Should I continue to make payment if I have applied for your payment relief programme?
Yes. Kindly continue making your payments until your application is approved You will be notified via email should your application be approved or rejected.
If my application is approved, will there be any late charges imposed during the payment relief period?
There will be no late charges imposed for successful applications during the payment relief period.
Will my CCRIS be impacted?
No. There will be no negative implications to your CCRIS record.
